After a long hot summer followed by a handful of decent frosts to sweeten our truffle, we are harvesting! Amazing, aromatic, top quality truffle dug from North Canterbury limestone soils straight to you. We use an overnight delivery (BUT NO rural delivery sorry) and dispatch Mondays – Thursday.

2020 New Zealand harvest runs June through till mid August.
